This 90-minute interactive session will provide higher education professionals with the insights and tools needed to implement TMCs within their institutions.

Talent Management Centres have been piloted by the DocTalent4EU consortium to support the career development of PhD candidates. By offering tailored services and aligning with institutional and national strategic goals, TMCs can unlock new opportunities for postgraduate researchers and ensure sustainability by mobilising existing resources.
